Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Promote medical products and equipment to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within assigned regions in Dubai.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and clinic managers.
- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through active fieldwork and consistent client follow-ups.
- Product Presentations: Deliver high-quality, technical presentations to medical staff, highlighting clinical benefits and product efficacy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the management team.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and ethical marketing codes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Market Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative specifically within the UAE.
- Education: Academic background in Medical or Health Sciences (Bachelor’s degree or Diploma).
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory for this role.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
- Advantage: Hands-on experience with Orthopedic products will be considered a strong asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a highly competitive market.
