Job Description:
We are currently hiring multiple Medical Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring energetic professionals who can promote pharmaceutical products for management and market expansion review. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to meet management and revenue targets.
- Support clinical integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in product presentations, client databases, and sales performance reports.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to strengthen brand presence and execute tailored product solutions.
- Conduct professional demonstrations and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to optimize sales tracking and professional organizational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences plus a relevant professional Medical Sales or Marketing Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Age should not exceed 30 years; must hold UAE Residency.
- Strong background in management of client relationships, product presentations, and target-driven sales cycles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding clinical product knowledge, negotiation skills, and time management.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a performance-focused mindset.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this role to facilitate healthcare provider visits.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard healthcare firm in Dubai.
