Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement comprehensive technical training modules for FM hard services, covering HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety.
- Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct rigorous assessments of the technical workforce to identify training needs and develop personalized professional development plans.
- Governance & Auditing: Maintain meticulous training records to ensure full compliance with ISO 41001 and local authority (Civil Defense/Municipality) audits.
- Vendor Coordination: Partner with OEM providers and third-party vendors for specialized training on critical assets like Lifts/Elevators and Chiller plants.
- Effectiveness Monitoring: Utilize KPIs and CMMS data to evaluate the impact of training on reactive maintenance reduction and PPM completion rates.
- HSE Integration: Embed NEBOSH/IOSH safety standards and statutory inspection requirements into every technical training module.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Hard FM Services, with at least 3 years in a training or technical leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of HVAC cycles, electrical distribution boards, water treatment, and fire protection logic.
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in CMMS platforms, training software, and MS Office.
- Standards: Strong familiarity with ISO 41001 (FM), ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 14001 (Environment).
- Preferred Certifications: CFM (Certified Facilities Manager), Train-the-Trainer, and NEBOSH/IOSH.
