Required Qualification:
- Masters degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications and membership of international/national bodies like CA, CFA, CPA preferred
Required Experience:
- 15+ years professional experience in corporate finance, privatization, public sector reforms, or advisory services
- Proven success in privatization/transaction advisory, FDI/FPI attraction
- Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, valuation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement
2. Corporate Legal Advisor

Required Qualification:
- LL.B or LL.M degree
- Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan
Required Experience:
- At least 15 years of legal experience in legislative drafting, vetting contracts, privatization, litigation, PPPs, and public procurement
3. Industrial Economist

Required Qualification:
- Masters Degree or higher in Economics, public finance, trade, or related fields
Required Experience:

Required Qualification:
- Masters degree or higher in Industrial Management or Development Economics
Required Experience:
