🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the complete lifecycle of native mobile applications, ensuring seamless delivery across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Technical Governance: Define and enforce mobile application architecture, ensuring alignment with global banking security and performance standards.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead large-scale mobile initiatives, making high-level technical decisions and managing cross-functional Agile teams.
• DevOps Integration: Implement and optimize sophisticated CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows specifically tailored for mobile environments.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all mobile solutions comply with rigorous financial regulations, data privacy laws, and enterprise risk management protocols.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical authority in discussions with executive management, product owners, and external regulatory bodies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 16 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for candidates with 20+ years of industry tenure.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record of delivery leadership within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on background in native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Architecture: Deep knowledge of mobile design patterns (MVVM, VIPER), performance tuning, and mobile-specific security (biometrics, encryption).
• Methodology: Mastery of Agile/Scrum frameworks and experience driving large-scale digital transformations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
