Open Roles Available:

• Land Surveyor: Ensuring accurate site measurements and mapping (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
• Timekeeper: Managing site worker attendance and manpower reporting.
• Storekeeper: Overseas inventory management, material receiving, and site stock control.
• Document Controller: Managing technical submittals, RFIs, and project documentation (Immediate Joiners Preferred).

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Execution: Handle all job-specific responsibilities independently while meeting strict project deadlines.
• Site Coordination: Work closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Record Accuracy: Maintain precise records, whether related to topographical data, manpower hours, inventory levels, or project documents.
• Quality Support: Support the project team in achieving high-quality delivery through meticulous attention to detail.

🔹 Requirements:

• Market Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience working with construction or contracting companies within the UAE.
• Independence: Proven ability to handle responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational habits relevant to the specific role applied for.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary site teams.
• Status: Currently based in the UAE and available for an immediate start for preferred roles.
