Job Description / Role
Open Positions:
- Social Worker: Supporting student well-being and managing pastoral care.
- Head of Cycle 1: Strategic leadership for primary years, focusing on curriculum and teacher development.
- Inclusion Teacher: Designing and implementing specialized support for Students of Determination.
- English Teacher: Delivering high-quality language and literature instruction.
- Math Teacher: Fostering numerical literacy and advanced mathematical thinking.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Student Development: Create a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere that supports the holistic growth of all students.
- Curriculum Delivery: (For Teachers) Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s academic standards and values.
- Leadership & Oversight: (For Head of Cycle 1) Manage primary school operations, ensuring academic excellence and teacher performance.
- Inclusive Practice: Ensure all students, regardless of learning needs, have equal access to educational opportunities.
- Collaborative Culture: Work closely with parents, faculty, and administration to provide a cohesive support network for students.
- Welfare Management: (For Social Workers) Address social and emotional challenges to ensure a safe learning environment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Teaching Certification (PGCE/B.Ed) is mandatory for teaching roles.
- Experience: Proven track record in an educational setting, with a focus on student-centered learning.
- Attributes: Passionate, committed, and motivated to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
- Leadership: (For Head of Cycle 1) Demonstrated experience in academic leadership or department management.
