• Social Worker: Supporting student well-being and managing pastoral care.
• Head of Cycle 1: Strategic leadership for primary years, focusing on curriculum and teacher development.
• Inclusion Teacher: Designing and implementing specialized support for Students of Determination.
• English Teacher: Delivering high-quality language and literature instruction.
• Math Teacher: Fostering numerical literacy and advanced mathematical thinking.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Student Development: Create a positive and stimulating learning atmosphere that supports the holistic growth of all students.
• Curriculum Delivery: (For Teachers) Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s academic standards and values.
• Leadership & Oversight: (For Head of Cycle 1) Manage primary school operations, ensuring academic excellence and teacher performance.
• Inclusive Practice: Ensure all students, regardless of learning needs, have equal access to educational opportunities.
• Collaborative Culture: Work closely with parents, faculty, and administration to provide a cohesive support network for students.
• Welfare Management: (For Social Workers) Address social and emotional challenges to ensure a safe learning environment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Teaching Certification (PGCE/B.Ed) is mandatory for teaching roles.
• Experience: Proven track record in an educational setting, with a focus on student-centered learning.

• Leadership: (For Head of Cycle 1) Demonstrated experience in academic leadership or department management.
