Job Description:
We are currently undergoing a significant expansion of our technical and administrative teams across the UAE. We are inviting applications for 22 specialized roles from motivated professionals who are passionate about infrastructure and design excellence. These positions are critical to our project delivery lifecycle, requiring candidates who can maintain high standards of quality, coordinate effectively with regulatory authorities, and support our internal engineering workflows. Open Positions Available:
- Electrical Design Engineer (5 positions): Lead electrical system designs for infrastructure projects.
- Document Controller (4 positions): Manage project documentation, filing, and version control.
- Project Technical Coordinator (4 positions): Streamline communication between design and site teams.
- Infrastructure NOC Coordinator (4 positions): Manage submissions and approvals with UAE authorities.
- Senior Design Architect (1 position): Must be an Arabic National with a valid ADM Card.
- Junior Design Architect (4 positions): Arabic Nationals preferred for design support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review technical designs, shop drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects.
- Handle the full submission and approval lifecycle for NOCs with relevant UAE government bodies.
- Maintain meticulous project records, ensuring all documentation is filed and tracked according to ISO standards.
- Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, MEP, Structural) to ensure project synergy.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure projects meet ADM, DEWA, and Sharjah Municipality requirements.
- Assist the Management team in project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional licensing and staff competency tracking.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure all design outputs are delivered within the established timelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in the UAE engineering or consultancy sector is highly preferred.
- For Senior Architect: Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) Card and Arabic nationality are mandatory.
- For Junior Architect: Arabic nationality is preferred for these specific openings.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or relevant technical software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex documentation (for Admin roles).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is required for architectural roles.
- Familiarity with UAE authority portals (MePS, Dubai Trade, etc.) for NOC coordination.
