Job Description:
We are currently inviting applications from motivated and skilled professionals to join our growing operations in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about engineering and large-scale development projects. These roles are critical to our project lifecycle, ensuring that every phase—from procurement and planning to quality control and cost management—is executed to the highest standards. We are looking for proactive team players eager to drive high-quality project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Open Positions Available:
- Materials and QA/QC Engineer: Focus on material compliance, site inspections, and quality standards.
- Planning Engineer: Responsible for project scheduling, progress monitoring, and timeline optimization.
- Quantity Surveyor: Managing cost analysis, budget control, and contractual documentation.
- Procurement Engineer: Overseeing technical sourcing, vendor negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation in alignment with Abu Dhabi regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress and workmanship quality to ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and financial reports for project stakeholders.
- Source high-quality materials and negotiate competitive terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with the Management team to provide technical updates and performance KPIs.
- Ensure all site activities comply with HSE regulations and project-specific safety plans.
- Support the Human Resources department in maintaining staff training and competency records for site teams.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design or site clashes and optimize resource deployment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Prior UAE or GCC project experience is considered a significant advantage.
- Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or Revit (depending on the role).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities within a high-pressure construction environment.
- Must be available to join our Abu Dhabi operations immediately or with a short notice period.
