Multiple Hospitality Positions – Dubai, UAE | Address Hotels

Available Positions:

• 1. Public Area Housekeeping Supervisor: Oversee cleaning activities across public areas and ensure hygiene standards for management review.
• 2. Housekeeping Room Attendant: Maintain guest rooms according to hotel procedures and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• 3. Guest Service Agent: Professionally welcome guests and manage check-in/out procedures to drive sales of the guest experience.
• 4. Bellman cum Driver: Assist with luggage handling and provide safe transportation services for our esteemed guests.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and timely service while ensuring effective resolution of guest inquiries.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the property as per UAE regulations.
• Monitor operational efficiency and uphold the quality standards set by the hotel’s leadership.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff training and performance development.
• Utilize Information Technology tools for reservation management and housekeeping tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
• Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality standards is an advantage.
• Valid driving license is mandatory for the Bellman cum Driver position.
• Must currently be based in the UAE and available to support a fast-paced environment.
