Job Description:
We are inviting enthusiastic and service-driven professionals to join our team across several key departments. These roles are essential for maintaining the high-quality standards our guests expect from a luxury resort. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, possess a strong professional attitude, and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Whether in the kitchen or at the front-of-house, your role will be pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Open Positions:
- Chef de Cuisine: Specialist for A La Carte & All Day Dining operations.
- Sous Chef: Dedicated to high-standard A La Carte service.
- Assistant Pastry Chef: Creative professional for the pastry and bakery department.
- Lobby Ambassador / Hostess: The face of the resort, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- F&B Hostess: Focused on dining room guest management and service flow.
- Cost Controller: Analytical role focused on F&B and operational expenditure management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage departmental workflows to ensure efficiency during peak operational hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations.
- Collaborate with the Management team to optimize resort performance and guest feedback scores.
- For culinary roles: Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and kitchen cost control.
- For hostess/ambassador roles: Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and arrival/departure protocols.
- For cost controller: Perform inventory audits and liaise with the Finance department on expenditure reporting.
- Support the Human Resources department with team training and internal policy compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
- Proven experience working in luxury hotel or resort operations is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and the ability to maintain a professional attitude under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and grooming.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Must currently be residing in the UAE or available for immediate relocation to Abu Dhabi.
