📌 Available Positions:

1. Operations Manager

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and optimize daily delivery workflows to ensure peak operational efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve key logistics KPIs, including delivery success rates and fuel efficiency.
  • Business Growth: Support the expansion of fleet solutions across new sectors in the UAE.

2. Rider Coordinator / Fleet Supervisor

  • Personnel Management: Supervise a diverse team of riders, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivery timelines.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the condition of vehicles (bicycles to heavy trucks) and coordinate regular maintenance.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for on-ground riders to resolve delivery hurdles in real-time.

3. Administrative Officer

  • Office Coordination: Manage daily administrative tasks to support the operations and management teams.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records for vehicle registration, rider permits, and insurance documentation.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear information flow between the warehouse, riders, and corporate clients.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in delivery services, logistics, or fleet operations is highly preferred. UAE market experience is a strong advantage.
  • Skills: Strong people-management capabilities and the ability to oversee complex workflows.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certification in Logistics or Business Management.
  • Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset and a drive for execution.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with GPS tracking or fleet management software.
