📌 Open Positions & Focus Areas:

1. Early Years Leadership & Teaching

  • KG Head: Oversee Early Years curriculum; Mandatory Bachelor’s + B.Ed. (CACHE/ECCE preferred).
  • KG Teachers & Assistants: Deliver student-centered learning; Bachelor’s degree required (B.Ed./CACHE preferred).

2. Primary Education (Grades 1-5)

  • Subject Teachers: English, Science, Math, SST, French, Hindi, Arabic.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s in relevant subject + B.Ed. is mandatory.
  • Preference: 2-3 years UAE experience; KHDA/MOE approved candidates preferred.

3. School Operations & Support

  • Admin Head: Manage school logistics and regulatory liaison (KHDA, Civil Defense, DED).
  • IT Support (Data Entry): Manage school ERP systems and student data integrity.
  • School Counsellor: Support student wellbeing; Degree in Psychology/Counselling required.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Delivery: Create engaging, meaningful, and interactive lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all classroom and administrative activities align with KHDA and MOE standards.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
  • Data Management: (For IT/Admin) Ensure 100% accuracy in student records and ERP entries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to a strong school culture.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) with B.Ed. for teaching roles.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience within UAE schools preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Certifications: CACHE/ECCE for Early Years; Counseling license for School Counsellor.
