Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our ongoing projects in Dubai. These roles are fundamental to our operational framework, requiring individuals who can carry out role-specific duties in line with project requirements for management review. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and maintaining accurate site documentation. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in UAE Construction and site operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out role-specific technical duties efficiently across various Dubai project sites.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards to meet management operational procedures.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and site supervision teams regarding record-keeping, labor tracking, and smooth project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required for each specific technical role.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for document control, inventory tracking, and safety reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Engineering, HSE, Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE construction sector.
- Strong background in management of site operations, quality inspections, or administrative coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Immediate availability or short-notice period will be given strong preference.
