Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, invoices, and monthly management reports.
- Maintain and update project trackers, work orders, and related documentation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide daily administrative support to the management team and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in administration or coordination; facility management or fit-out exposure is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills, with good capability in Excel for reporting and trackers.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Based in the UAE and able to join on short notice.
