Office Clerk
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a female Office Clerk to join our team for a morning-shift position in Dubai (7:00 AM to 1:00 PM). This part-time opening is particularly suitable for candidates who are under a husband or father–sponsored visa and prefer a fixed schedule. The role involves routine administrative duties and requires someone who is organized, attentive, and comfortable handling daily office tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Office Clerk will support day-to-day office operations by handling essential clerical and communication tasks. This involves preparing daily invoices, quotations, and passes, keeping files organized, managing simple correspondence, and supporting general communication via emails and phone calls. Proficiency in MS Office for basic data entry and spreadsheet maintenance is required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing daily invoices, quotations, and passes as required.
- Keeping files organized and maintaining documentation accurately.
- Handling emails, answering phone calls, and supporting general office communication.
- Using MS Office to type, maintain spreadsheets, and perform basic data entry.
- Assisting with routine administrative work whenever necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- Female candidate (mandatory).
- Must be on a husband/father-sponsored visa (mandatory).
- Able to work a fixed part-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and computer tasks.
- Polite, organized, and comfortable with repetitive office duties.
- Prior experience in an office environment is a plus.
