Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi (Mandatory).
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong bilingual communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
