Job Description:
Sprint Logistic Services LLC is actively looking for a skilled Operation Executive – Sea Freight to join its professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our maritime operations, requiring a logistics specialist who is thoroughly well-versed in UAE import and export procedures. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sea freight cycles, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining high-level coordination with shipping lines and global agents. We are looking for an individual with 3 to 5 years of relevant UAE experience who thrives in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle comprehensive import and export documentation and procedures with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, global agents, and clients to ensure the timely delivery of sea freight shipments.
- Maintain meticulous records of freight operations and provide regular analytical reports for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales and customer service teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE customs regulations, port authorities, and internal company policies.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding operational training and staff performance tracking.
- Utilize Information Technology platforms and freight management software to track cargo and manage documentation.
- Support engineering or project logistics teams with technical documentation for specialized cargo shipments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related academic discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven UAE experience specifically within sea freight operations and logistics.
- Strong technical knowledge of maritime logistics procedures, Incoterms, and bill of lading documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for a high-level professional sales and service environment.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital freight tracking and customs portals.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Solid background in education or professional training related to international freight and UAE customs laws.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational risk management.
