About the Role:

M Sentiment Perfumes is seeking a capable and proactive Operations Executive to support the Founder & CEO and the broader operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operational coordination across various departments and external partners in the perfume retail sector. The selected candidate must be fluent in Arabic and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Executive will handle administrative tasks, manage daily correspondence, and act as a crucial communication link between the company and suppliers, malls, and hotels. Responsibilities also include assisting with logistics for exhibitions/events, monitoring sales team schedules, and maintaining efficient operational and filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, managing daily correspondence and documentation.
• Act as a communication link between the company and suppliers, malls, hotels, and other external entities.
• Assist with organizing logistics for exhibitions, events, and internal company activities.
• Monitor sales team schedules, coordinate branch visits, and help maintain efficient operational processes.
• Maintain structured filing systems and support procurement and general operational needs.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
• Required to hold a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
