Operations Manager – Dubai, UAE | Home Bakery

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Site Oversight: Lead and optimize daily operations across all café branches, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs and brand standards.
• Event & Pop-Up Management: Plan and execute kiosks, temporary outlets, and event-based operations, including logistics, setup, and dismantling.
• Financial Performance: Monitor budgets, control food and labor costs, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and branch profitability.
• Leadership & Coaching: Lead and mentor Store Managers and event teams, fostering high employee engagement and retention.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, hygiene, and product quality in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Expansion Support: Support new branch launches and business growth initiatives, ensuring operational readiness from day one.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in F&B operations with multi-branch responsibility (Mandatory).
• Event Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing high-pressure events, pop-ups, or kiosks.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Attributes: Excellent people leadership skills with a problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE food safety standards and labor laws.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Financials: Sales growth and food/labor cost efficiency across all units.
• Operational: Success and profitability of events and temporary pop-ups.
• Standards: High compliance scores in health audits and internal operational audits.
• Experience: Maintaining superior customer satisfaction and service quality ratings.
