Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our professional team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee end-to-end FMCG operations for management and supply chain performance review. You will be responsible for supervising logistics activities, managing warehousing operations, and optimizing fleet distribution. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Logistics Management, Warehouse Operations, and Fleet Optimization and a proactive approach to streamlining processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end FMCG operations to meet management and execution benchmarks.
- Support supply chain integrity in the UAE, ensuring timely delivery and distribution with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination and team mentoring.
- Manage warehousing operations, including rigorous inventory control and stock accuracy protocols.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to plan fleet operations, ensuring efficient distribution and route optimization.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in FMCG operations.
- Strong background in management of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory systems.
- Professional background in education regarding distribution planning, operational cost reduction, and leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong decision-making skills, and thrive in a fast-paced UAE environment.
