Job Description:

The Operations Supervisor will lead and manage specialized cleaning operations across multiple project sites. This role is essential for ensuring service quality, safety compliance, and efficient team Management. You will be the primary point of contact for operational coordination between cleaning teams and senior leadership.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning operations on-site.
• Plan, manage, and assign cleaning teams efficiently based on specific site requirements and timelines.
• Ensure all quality standards, safety guidelines, and local compliance procedures are strictly followed.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure performance excellence.
• Prepare clear operational reports and performance summaries for management review.
• Coordinate closely with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment for the assigned teams.

🔹 Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in operations or team supervision within the UAE cleaning services industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen exhaust systems, hood cleaning, or specialized Engineering maintenance is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on-site with adaptable working hours based on client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic operational reporting.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Valid UAE residency and a professional approach to client relations.
