Operations Trainer – Dubai, UAE | Transcorp International

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Training: Deliver comprehensive training programs for Last Mile delivery and dark store operational teams across the UAE.
• SOP Implementation: Drive and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and operational efficiency standards.
• Content Development: Design engaging training materials, including digital tools, video content, and presentations tailored for diverse operational staff.
• Data Integration: Utilize Power BI and performance dashboards to track KPIs and measure the direct impact of training on operational metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and travel across the UAE to ensure consistent training delivery and on-ground excellence.
• Performance Enhancement: Identify performance gaps and develop targeted retraining initiatives to improve customer experience scores.

🔹 Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Power BI, dashboards, and analytics to drive training decisions.
• Operational Mindset: Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, dark store dynamics, or fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to deliver training to both field staff and management.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE to various operational hubs.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to create digital training content and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder; professional certifications in Training & Development are an advantage.
