1. Manager Corporate Affairs & Public Relations
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate affairs, PR, or B2B relationship management.
- Experience in the construction, ceramics, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
- Retired Army personnel (preferred) with experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or government liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate affairs and public relations strategies to enhance brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and corporate clients to facilitate business operations.
- Support B2B sales initiatives by engaging with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and institutional clients.
- Lead efforts to enlist Orient Ceramica’s products in key institutions, including government, military, real estate, and large corporate projects.
- Represent the company in corporate meetings, trade associations, and public forums to strengthen business relationships.
- Handle media relations, crisis management, and corporate communications effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance policies.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities through strategic networking.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align corporate affairs initiatives with business objectives.
