Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and DOH-licensed Orthopedic Surgeon to provide expert surgical and non-surgical care for musculoskeletal conditions. This role is ideal for a surgeon who combines technical excellence with a compassionate approach to patient care, working alongside a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive treatment plans in the UAE capital.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal diseases, injuries, and conditions.
- Perform orthopedic surgical procedures with a high level of precision and safety.
- Develop and manage comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and radiologists.
- Provide expert consultations and educate patients on treatment options and recovery processes.
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with DOH standards.
- Ensure the highest standard of patient care and safety throughout the clinical journey.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must possess a valid and active DOH (Department of Health) license as a Surgeon.
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialized training/residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Proven clinical expertise and a strong track record in surgical performance.
- Exceptional commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to clinical Human Resources and patient management.
- Current residency in the UAE or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
