🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for indoor and outdoor lighting products across the UAE.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with project managers, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct field visits and product demonstrations to showcase the technical advantages of Johar Hareb’s lighting solutions.
  • Target Achievement: Execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on lighting technology trends, competitor activities, and new project launches within the region.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client feedback, and market movements to the management team.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience specifically in lighting sales within the UAE.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of LED technology, indoor/outdoor lighting specifications, and electrical components.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills are mandatory.
  • Attributes: Self-driven, energetic, and capable of managing independent outdoor sales activities effectively.
  • Residency: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate field operations.
