Job Description:

MyraPack Industries LLC is currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join its team in Umm Al Quwain. This role is fundamental to our growth, requiring a professional who has hands-on experience in the UAE plastic products market and the confidence to manage complex client portfolios. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting face-to-face client meetings, and representing the MyraPack brand across the Emirates. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a mandatory UAE driving license who can expand our customer base while maintaining strong connections with existing clients. This is a brilliant opportunity for a target-driven professional to earn competitive commissions while contributing to a leading manufacturing firm.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for plastic products within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain high-value long-term relationships with corporate and wholesale customers.
  • Conduct regular outdoor client meetings, product presentations, and strategic negotiations to close deals.
  • Generate qualified leads and implement effective outreach strategies to expand the current customer base.
  • Promote the company’s product line professionally and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback for internal management review.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding performance tracking and commission-related documentation.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to maintain accurate client records and sales pipelines.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specifically in plastic product sales within the UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for daily outdoor sales activities.
  • Strong communication and high-stakes negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven management structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to represent the company professionally in client interactions.
  • Familiarity with IT tools for reporting and sales data analysis.
