Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and penetrate new business opportunities across veterinary clinics, pet shops, and grooming salons to expand the customer base.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based professional relationships with existing medical and retail clients.
- Product Promotion: Conduct professional product demonstrations and basic training sessions for clients to showcase the benefits of the veterinary range.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Territory Planning: Strategically plan daily outdoor visits to ensure maximum territory coverage and efficient travel management.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and gather customer feedback to help management refine sales strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this field-based role.
- Experience: Proven sales experience, with a preference for candidates from the veterinary, pet care, or pharmaceutical distribution sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a knack for closing deals in a competitive market.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, result-driven, and highly capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Language: Fluency in English is required to handle a diverse international client base in the UAE.
