🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Life Support (ALS): Administer high-level emergency medical treatment and interventions in pre-hospital settings for both trauma and medical cases.
• Rapid Assessment: Perform critical head-to-toe patient evaluations and initiate life-saving clinical interventions immediately.
• Crisis Communication: Maintain clear and accurate radio communication with dispatch centers and provide concise medical handovers to hospital emergency departments.
• Emergency Logistics: Safely operate emergency response vehicles and manage sophisticated medical equipment including defibrillators, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
• Clinical Documentation: Ensure meticulous and accurate recording of patient assessments, drug administrations, and clinical outcomes.
• Quality Improvement: Actively participate in ongoing clinical training, disaster drills, and peer-review audits to maintain the highest standards of care.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualification: Recognized Paramedic Diploma or Degree (Bachelor’s in Emergency Medical Services or equivalent).
• Certification: Valid BLS, ACLS, and trauma certifications (e.g., PHTLS or ITLS) are mandatory.
• Regulatory Status: Current registration or eligibility for licensing with relevant medical authorities (DHA eligibility is an advantage).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pre-hospital emergency care or a high-volume ER environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making ability, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Driving: Clean driving record; a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for vehicle operations.
