Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Life Support (ALS): Administer high-level emergency medical treatment and interventions in pre-hospital settings for both trauma and medical cases.
- Rapid Assessment: Perform critical head-to-toe patient evaluations and initiate life-saving clinical interventions immediately.
- Crisis Communication: Maintain clear and accurate radio communication with dispatch centers and provide concise medical handovers to hospital emergency departments.
- Emergency Logistics: Safely operate emergency response vehicles and manage sophisticated medical equipment including defibrillators, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
- Clinical Documentation: Ensure meticulous and accurate recording of patient assessments, drug administrations, and clinical outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Actively participate in ongoing clinical training, disaster drills, and peer-review audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
🔹 Requirements:
- Qualification: Recognized Paramedic Diploma or Degree (Bachelor’s in Emergency Medical Services or equivalent).
- Certification: Valid BLS, ACLS, and trauma certifications (e.g., PHTLS or ITLS) are mandatory.
- Regulatory Status: Current registration or eligibility for licensing with relevant medical authorities (DHA eligibility is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pre-hospital emergency care or a high-volume ER environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making ability, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Driving: Clean driving record; a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for vehicle operations.
