Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and committed Parent Relations Officer (Arabic Secretary) to join our administrative team. This vital role serves as the primary bridge between the school and our parents, ensuring that every inquiry is handled with the highest degree of professionalism and cultural sensitivity. You will be responsible for managing bilingual correspondence, supporting internal departments, and facilitating a smooth flow of information. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker who excels in a fast-paced school environment and possesses the organizational skills to manage complex administrative tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, providing efficient support and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Manage all official school correspondence and documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Support the Management team in coordinating parent-teacher meetings and school-wide events.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized student and parent records within the school database.
- Facilitate smooth communication between parents and various internal departments, including teaching staff and finance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding front-office administrative protocols and staff-parent interactions.
- Coordinate with the Engineering or facilities team to manage visitor access and safety during peak school hours.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment that reflects the school’s values.
🔹 Requirements:
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a school setting or a high-level administrative/secretarial role is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a “customer-first” approach to parent relations.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with high confidentiality.
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor, representing the school with excellence.
