Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator & Admin Executive to join our professional team in Barsha. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can facilitate seamless patient pathways for management and clinical performance review. You will be responsible for handling patient communications, managing appointments, and supporting Arabic-speaking patients during consultations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Healthcare Administration, Patient Advocacy, and Bilingual Communication and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries to meet management and care satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Support clinical integrity in Dubai, scheduling appointments and managing patient referrals with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and clinical teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of service delivery.
  • Process billing procedures and manage patient records within the EMR system accurately.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and telehealth platforms to coordinate with doctors, laboratories, and partner hospitals.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong background in management of administrative responsibilities within a clinic or hospital setting.
  • Professional background in education regarding patient coordination, EMR documentation, and medical billing.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai healthcare environment.
