Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Records Management: Maintain high-accuracy digital records using the Yomly HRIS system alongside organized physical personnel files.
- Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate medical tests, bus cards, uniforms, and IT setup for all new hires; prepare comprehensive induction documentation.
- PRO Coordination: Assist the PRO team with visa residency processing and securing necessary airport passes for operational staff.
- Payroll Support: Facilitate accurate payroll administration through meticulous time and attendance reconciliation.
- Lifecycle Tracking: Manage probation review trackers, employee confirmation records, and prepare contract amendments for promotions or benefit changes.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all people files are strictly “audit-ready” at all times; manage the full exit clearance process for departing employees.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on UAE-based HR experience is mandatory.
- Education: Qualification in Human Resources or a closely related business discipline.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems (Yomly preferred) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and medical fitness requirements for residency.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a solution-focused approach to administrative challenges.
- Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with IT, Payroll, and PRO teams.
