Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Personal Assistant to provide full-time support to a private family based in Arabian Ranches. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can manage daily calendars, personal logistics, and family appointments while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. You will act as the central point of contact for the household, coordinating travel itineraries, handling sensitive correspondence, and ensuring that all family tasks are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a private household environment, demonstrating a refined professional approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of the family before they arise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendars, schedule internal meetings, and coordinate all personal appointments for the family.
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Handle all personal correspondence, emails, and confidential paperwork with absolute discretion.
- Assist with daily personal errands, gift sourcing, and diverse family-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate household schedules and work closely with domestic staff and the Management team to ensure home efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with external contacts, service providers, and global vendors.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding household staff payroll or contract renewals as required.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to manage digital schedules, family archives, and home security systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a professional Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant within a private family, VIP, or HNWI setting.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A professional, trustworthy, and discreet personality capable of handling sensitive data.
- Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with the Arabian Ranches area or Dubai’s luxury lifestyle landscape.
- Proficiency in modern office software and digital organization platforms.
