Job Description:
Virtus UAE is currently looking to recruit a motivated and energetic professional for the role of Pharmacy Automation Sales Executive. This position is ideal for a driven individual who is enthusiastic about sales and passionate about modern healthcare technology. You will be responsible for promoting high-tech pharmacy automation solutions, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and driving business growth across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. We are specifically looking for a confident, goal-oriented candidate who can work independently to meet sales targets while acting as a knowledgeable consultant for our technical products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential healthcare clients to promote and sell sophisticated pharmacy automation systems.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with pharmacy managers, hospital management, and medical stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the IT and efficiency benefits of our automated solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding ongoing product training and professional development.
- Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to ensure seamless product implementation for clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for the senior management team.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and service coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory with strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for regional travel.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will receive full training on our technology systems.
- Interest in or basic knowledge of healthcare technology and pharmacy workflows.
- A young, driven, and self-motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and presentation purposes.
