Job Description:
Maison Privee is currently seeking a motivated and commercially driven Portfolio Development Executive to support the continued expansion of our luxury property portfolio across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on building professional relationships and identifying new business prospects in the high-end real estate market. You will play a key role in engaging with property owners, evaluating potential assets, and assisting in the seamless acquisition and onboarding of new units. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can think strategically to strengthen our market presence and achieve ambitious portfolio growth targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and actively pursue new property acquisition opportunities across targeted luxury locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate stakeholders.
- Support negotiations and contribute to the successful onboarding process of new portfolio properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify untapped growth potential and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal management and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired units.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding departmental expansion and team coordination efforts.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM platforms to track leads, manage the pipeline, and report on growth metrics.
- Represent the Maison Privee brand with professionalism during site visits and stakeholder presentations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Commercially minded with a strong interest in the real estate and luxury hospitality sectors.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with sophisticated property owners.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven motivation for achieving business development and sales goals.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills with an eye for detail.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools, specifically MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for property site visits across regions.
