Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Opening Sales Manager – Memberships for a short-term, pre-launch engagement in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can sell an immersive luxury experience to elite clientele for management and market penetration performance review. You will be responsible for driving pre-opening sales, representing our brand in premium circles, and converting high-net-worth individuals into long-term members. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Premium Relationship Building, Lifestyle Positioning, and Target Achievement and a proactive approach to high-end sales. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pre-opening membership sales to meet management and revenue launch standards.
  • Support commercial integrity in Dubai, positioning memberships as a luxury lifestyle experience with 100% precision in brand representation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and executive teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of elite client engagement.
  • Build trust-based relationships with HNWIs and maintain full ownership of individual sales targets and outcomes.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and refine client-facing strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience in luxury wellness, spa, or hospitality membership sales (UAE market experience preferred).
  • Strong background in management of elite customer networks and performance-based sales environments.
  • Professional background in education regarding premium service mindsets, persuasion skills, and luxury market trends.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently, and maintain a polished professional approach in Dubai.
