Pre-Sales Engineer (Fire & Life Safety) – Dubai, UAE | Scientechnic

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Develop comprehensive system concepts and detailed designs for fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical submittals, and commercial proposals for tender responses.
• Technical Review: Thoroughly analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and tender documentation to ensure scope alignment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Certify that all proposed solutions strictly adhere to UAE Civil Defense (UCD), NFPA, and EN standards.
• Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering while maintaining system efficacy and safety.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role specifically within the Fire & Life Safety sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with specialized estimation and design tools.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local UAE codes, Civil Defense approval processes, and international safety standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation abilities with a collaborative mindset to work across sales and project execution teams.
• Problem Solving: Ability to provide technical input for complex RFQs and meet strict tender deadlines.
