🔹 Key Responsibilities:

For Primary Teacher:

  • Pedagogical Excellence: Deliver engaging lessons using modern Primary pedagogy and positive behavior management strategies.
  • Inclusive Support: Adapt teaching methods to effectively support English Language Learners (ELL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) students.
  • Safeguarding: Maintain strict adherence to UAE education standards, safeguarding, and child protection policies.

For Arabic Islamic Teacher:

  • Cultural Integration: Seamlessly integrate UAE national values, culture, and Islamic principles into the curriculum.
  • Digital Learning: Utilize educational technology and digital resources to enhance student engagement in Arabic and Islamic studies.
  • Community Liaison: Maintain strong, professional communication with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject field, supplemented by a PGCE, Diploma in Education, or Master’s in Education.
  • Experience (Primary): Minimum 4 years of experience in Primary Years, preferably in international or UAE schools.
  • Experience (Arabic/Islamic): Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE schools.
  • Language Proficiency: For Arabic/Islamic roles, a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (or equivalent) is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in educational technology, classroom management, and child safeguarding.
  • Aptitude: Proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a multicultural, inclusive environment.
