🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement high-level procurement strategies aligned with large-scale civil project milestones and business goals.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of material suppliers and specialized subcontractors.
• Contract Negotiation: Mastermind the negotiation of high-value contracts, pricing structures, and complex commercial terms to maximize value.
• Supply Chain Monitoring: Closely monitor global and local market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to ensure project continuity.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Project, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure technical specifications are met during procurement.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to internal procurement protocols and UAE regulatory frameworks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory for this technical procurement role.
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in UAE civil contracting procurement.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction materials (Rebar, Concrete, etc.), subcontracting packages, and specialized site services.
• Skills: Advanced negotiation techniques, exceptional commercial judgment, and the ability to lead a diverse procurement team.
• Local Context: Proven track record in handling complex procurement operations within the UAE regulatory environment.
