🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing and terms to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Quotation Analysis: Prepare detailed comparative quotation reports to assist management in informed purchasing decisions.
• Cycle Management: Issue purchase orders and rigorously monitor the entire procurement cycle from initial request to final delivery.
• Financial Coordination: Verify supplier invoices, coordinate billing, and ensure accurate stock level management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent updates to internal teams and customers regarding order status and expected delivery timelines.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain comprehensive procurement records, documentation, and reports to ensure process transparency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (particularly Excel for price comparisons and tracking).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse vendor relationships.
• Analytical Ability: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex billing and stock data accurately.
• Organization: Capability to handle multiple procurement requests simultaneously while meeting operational deadlines.
