Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can lead product initiatives from initial concept through to successful market launch for management review. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, conducting detailed market research, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and sales teams. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Business Strategy and lifecycle optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the overall product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy across Dubai market segments.
- Conduct detailed market research and analyze competitor offerings to meet management growth standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and engineering departments regarding cross-functional collaboration, team alignment, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development to market launch and continuous optimization.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Agile methodologies to track performance metrics and enhance user experience.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in product management roles within a UAE tech environment.
- Strong background in management of product delivery processes, roadmap definition, and business requirement conversion.
- Professional background in education or training regarding Agile methodologies and analytical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative work culture.
