Job Description:
Autostrad is currently seeking a well-organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational success, requiring a professional who can support project managers in the seamless execution of projects from initiation to finalization. You will be responsible for coordinating high-level meetings, managing complex schedules, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated. We are looking for an individual with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to established timelines.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, manage project schedules, and organize comprehensive documentation.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare regular status reports and data visualizations for internal management review.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to coordinate project-specific staffing and resource allocations.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and project management software to track tasks and updates.
- Ensure all project activities meet established quality standards and that deadlines are consistently achieved.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related academic discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS Office applications and project tracking software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Professional background in education or training related to project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate sales and stakeholder alignment during project lifecycles.
