Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive the success of our Huawei 5G and SRAN OD deployment project. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between field activities and project Management, ensuring that milestones are met with precision. You will be responsible for the daily synchronization of resources, site progress tracking, and maintaining high-level communications with Huawei and various subcontractors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily deployment activities for 5G and SRAN OD projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Track detailed project schedules, critical milestones, and real-time site progress.
- Liaise effectively with Huawei technical teams, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve site-level bottlenecks.
- Support site readiness, including technical documentation, reporting, and permit coordination.
- Ensure all field activities strictly comply with Huawei technical standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines.
- Monitor resource allocation and coordinate with Human Resources for project staffing needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders and clients.
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong background in Telecom or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large-scale telecom projects.
- Specific expertise in 5G or LTE deployment is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working on Huawei projects is a significant advantage.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain strict project timelines.
- Valid UAE project experience and a deep understanding of local telecom standards.
- Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
