Project Coordinator – UAE | Home Bakery

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation Control: Maintain and organize all project records including floor plans, trade licenses, and NOCs for both UAE and KSA projects.
• Timeline Tracking: Update daily project trackers and reports to ensure new branch openings hit their milestones on schedule.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with fit-out contractors, kitchen equipment suppliers, and interior designers for timely material delivery.
• Site Support: Assist the Project Manager during site visits by documenting physical progress through high-quality photographs and written reports.
• Procurement & FF&E: Manage the raising of Purchase Orders (POs) for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and monitor delivery timelines.
• Government Liaison: Provide support in obtaining approvals from Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, and other relevant authorities.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports for senior management, focusing on construction updates and budget tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the UAE, ideally within F&B fit-out or construction environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory; the ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to communicate technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel across the UAE for site coordination and inspections.
• Aptitude: High attention to detail with a proactive “can-do” attitude in a high-pressure, fast-paced expansion environment.
