🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Integration: Lead high-impact ERP implementations and manage complex end-to-end system integration projects across the enterprise.
• Technical Oversight: Supervise API and middleware integrations to ensure seamless data flow between multiple financial platforms.
• Fintech Leadership: Manage specialized projects within banking and payment system environments, focusing on operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically within fintech or financial services.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ERP platforms, payment gateways, and middleware integration technologies.
• Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and information security standards in the UAE.
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional digital transformation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
