🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales: Guide local and international investors through the Dubai property landscape, specializing in off-plan launches and secondary market listings.
  • Deal Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and property viewings to price negotiation and final contract signing.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of brokers, investors, and individual buyers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on RERA regulations, ROI projections, and new developer launches to provide accurate financial advice to clients.
  • Lead Conversion: Effectively utilize company-provided leads and marketing support to achieve high conversion rates and monthly sales targets.
  • Client Portfolio: Assist clients in diversifying their real estate portfolios across various asset classes (residential, commercial, and hospitality).

🔹 Requirements:

  • Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in UAE real estate sales is strictly required.
  • Market Expertise: Strong understanding of current market trends in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property sectors.
  • Network: An existing broker, investor, or client network will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence high-net-worth individuals.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work full-time with weekend rotations as per business and client viewing requirements.
  • Education: Estimated Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent professional experience in Sales/Real Estate.
