QA/QC & Document Controller – Abu Dhabi, UAE | KPB International Consultants

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Aconex Administration: Act as the primary administrator for project documentation, managing workflows, transmittals, and submittals via the Aconex platform.
• Document Lifecycle: Manage, track, and update all technical project documentation (FEED drawings, specifications, reports) from creation to final archive.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and organize QA/QC records, ensuring all documentation complies with project quality standards and client specifications.
• Workflow Coordination: Facilitate the smooth flow of information between internal engineering teams, project management, and external stakeholders/clients.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure the accuracy, organization, and immediate availability of records for internal quality audits and client reviews.
• Reporting: Generate status reports on document reviews, pending approvals, and transmittal histories to support project leads.

🔹 Requirements:

• Industry Expertise: Mandatory 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically within Oil & Gas FEED projects.
• Technical Systems: Proven, hands-on mastery of the Aconex document management system is a mandatory requirement.
• QA/QC Knowledge: Strong experience in managing QA/QC documentation and coordinating quality-related records.
• Regional Experience: Prior GCC experience is highly valued for understanding local regulatory and client-specific documentation standards.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex technical datasets.
• Project Specifics: Based on project requirements, female candidates and non-Indian nationalities may be given preference.
