Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Material Verification: Inspect and verify all construction materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet project-specific technical standards.
- Laboratory Coordination: Coordinate with external labs and suppliers for material testing, sampling, and official certifications.
- On-Site Monitoring: Monitor the storage, handling, and application of materials on-site to prevent damage or misuse.
- NCR Management: Identify and report non-conforming materials (NCRs), ensuring corrective actions are followed up and closed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of site inspections, material approvals, and laboratory test results.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with local Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) standards and HSE regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Market Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated UAE experience specifically in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) standards and technical testing procedures.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil construction materials (Asphalt, Concrete, Soils, Steel) and their technical specifications.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and professional coordination abilities.
- Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
