QC Inspector (Fabrication)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector specialized in fabrication to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets strict technical specifications and international quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for the entire inspection lifecycle, from raw materials to final delivery, working within a highly skilled production and Management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct precise dimensional inspections using various standard measuring instruments and tools.
- Prepare detailed technical inspection reports and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Production and QA/QC teams to maintain and enhance global quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and project-specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Monitor fabrication processes to ensure adherence to welding procedures and safety protocols.
- Verify that all calibrated equipment is maintained and used correctly within the facility.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in QC inspections, specifically within a fabrication environment.
- Skilled in the use and interpretation of various inspection and precision measuring tools.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) or Welding certifications are considered a significant advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate reporting to the Human Resources and production departments.
