Job Description:

The QHSE Engineer will develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for large-scale water treatment projects. This role ensures total compliance with ISO standards and UAE regulatory frameworks while supporting site-based safety operations across various project locations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and sustain the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and UAE local regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and comprehensive incident investigations.
• Monitor QHSE performance indicators, KPIs, and implement necessary corrective action plans.
• Deliver HSE training sessions and safety awareness programs for both internal staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during site inspections and audits.
• Maintain all IMS documentation and ensure contractor adherence to QHSE policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 7 years of QHSE experience in industrial environments (Water/Wastewater experience preferred).
• Professional certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, and ISO 9001 Auditor certification.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory (Travel to project sites required).
• Candidates must currently be based inside the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE laws and regional regulatory frameworks.
